Founded in 2022, Together Stronger South Wales Ltd was established to offer a safe, nurturing, and dependable environment for children and young people. Our child‑focused, therapeutic approach recognises the unique needs of every young person — supporting them to build resilience, develop essential life skills, grow in confidence, and adopt positive coping strategies.
By working closely with families and commissioning authorities, we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes for those in our care. Our team of skilled and experienced professionals delivers high‑quality care and support, with strategic leadership, oversight and governance provided by our senior management team.

Every young person has a Personal Plan and a dedicated Key Worker who champions their needs and goals.
