Services

What we provide

High‑quality residential childcare services that place the needs, safety, and well‑being of children and young people at the centre of everything we do.

Our homes offer a safe, stable, and nurturing environment where children and young people can develop confidence, build positive relationships, and work towards achieving their individual goals. Through personalised care planning and a therapeutic approach, we support each young person to overcome challenges, develop resilience, and prepare for a successful future.

01

Residential care and support

Round‑the‑clock care, supervision, and support delivered by experienced and dedicated staff, creating a safe, structured, and caring environment where young people feel valued, respected, and supported.

02

Key worker support

Every child is allocated a dedicated Key Worker who develops a trusted relationship with them, advocates for their needs, and supports them in achieving their Personal Plan objectives through regular key‑working sessions.

03

Therapeutic and trauma‑informed care

Our approach recognises the impact of trauma and adverse childhood experiences. We provide care that promotes emotional well‑being, resilience, self‑esteem, and healthy coping strategies, helping children to heal and thrive.

04

Education and achievement

We actively support children to engage in education, training, and learning opportunities — working closely with schools, colleges, virtual schools, and education professionals to encourage attendance and achievement.

05

Health and well‑being support

Children and young people are supported to access healthcare services and develop healthy lifestyles, promoting physical, emotional, and mental well‑being through positive routines and health education.

06

Independence and life skills

Tailored support to develop practical life skills including budgeting, cooking, household management, personal care, travel training, employment readiness, and decision‑making — preparing young people for adulthood.

07

Positive activities and community engagement

We encourage participation in recreational, cultural, educational and social activities that reflect each young person's interests, building confidence, new skills, and a sense of belonging.

08

Partnership working

We work collaboratively with local authorities, families, healthcare professionals, education providers, advocates and partner agencies to ensure coordinated, holistic support around every child's individual needs.

09

Safeguarding and advocacy

The safety and welfare of children is our highest priority. We maintain robust safeguarding practices and ensure every child has access to advocacy services and opportunities to express their views, wishes and feelings.
