How young people have their say

The young people have regular key‑working sessions and are consulted on the menu and supported through monthly 1‑1 sessions on how they are feeling. Young people have advocates and are encouraged to feed into their support plans and CLA reviews, with an open‑door policy to management and regular questionnaires as part of Responsible Individual visits.
